Renumbered code (CODICE_RINUMERATO) — was 93246 in KBLI 2020, now 93297 in 2025. Scope expanded to explicitly include rafting, diving, snorkeling, free diving, sea walker, marina activities, surfing, jet ski, parasailing, and submarine experiences.
Bali Intelligence
Bali's water tourism is massive — diving in Tulamben, Amed, and Nusa Penida; rafting on the Ayung River; water sports in Tanjung Benoa. Each activity type has its own safety certification requirements on top of the KBLI licensing. Dive operators need PADI/SSI shop certification and specific insurance. Rafting operators need river safety certifications. The insurance requirement isn't optional — if someone gets hurt without coverage, you're looking at criminal liability, not just civil. Pro tip: partner with established operators while building your reputation rather than going solo from day one.
