CRITICAL REQUIREMENTS
Must be an Indonesian legal entity. ALL property brokers must be WNI (Indonesian nationals). Must have certified experts: at minimum 1 property management and investment expert with Sertifikat Kompetensi Kerja. Must display P4 licensing number visibly. Must report to Ministry of Trade.

CODICE_RINUMERATO from 68200. Previously a catch-all. Now the 'nominee killer' — any third party managing property MUST hold this code. Foreigners managing properties they don't own without this license risk deportation.
