What You Need
BPS_ONLY — this code exists in the BPS classification but has NOT yet been assigned PP28 risk/licensing data. Currently treated as requiring only a NIB, pending formal assignment.
CAUTION
Using a catch-all code for a PMA company can trigger additional scrutiny from BKPM. Reviewers may ask why you didn't use a more specific code — an unsatisfying answer can delay NIB processing.
Fully open — 100% foreign ownership allowed.
BPS_ONLY — this code has no mapped predecessor in KBLI 2020. It exists purely in the BPS classification system without corresponding PP28 licensing parameters. Regulators focus on defining specific activities first and leave residual categories for later waves.
