New villa developments increasingly include smart home systems requiring tech wholesale supply. The market is concentrated in Denpasar (the main electronics wholesale district around Jalan Sulawesi) but delivery logistics to Canggu, Ubud, and Uluwatu are where PMA wholesalers can differentiate. Enterprise sales to hotels and resorts upgrading their IT infrastructure represent the highest-margin segment.
