Wholesale of food and beverages not elsewhere classified — this is the catch-all for everything that isn't specifically covered by other 463xx codes. Dairy products, cooking oils, specialty ingredients, condiments, frozen food, health food products, imported premium ingredients. If you're wholesaling food or non-alcoholic beverages in bulk and it doesn't fit neatly into grains, coffee, or alcohol, it goes here.

All scales (Mikro/Kecil/Menengah/Besar): Low Risk (Rendah) NIB only — no Standard Certificate or special permits at any scale from a KBLI licensing perspective.
PMA: TERBUKA 100% — fully open to foreign ownership.
However, you will almost certainly need:
- BPOM Izin Edar (distribution permit) for each SKU — especially for imported products
- Halal certification (mandatory since Oct 2024 for most food/beverage products)
- Cold chain compliance documentation if handling perishables
Direct match from KBLI 2020 (MATCH_LANGSUNG). Code and scope unchanged. The real changes are in the BPOM and Halal regulations layered on top, which apply regardless of KBLI version.
